So far I’ve been very successful :) I’m almost never hungry and I’ve almost lost 10 lbs :)

Weight in

The food hasn’t exactly been my best friend, but it has got me to lose weight. I’m really proud of myself to be honest. For the past 3 days I’ve been non-stop surrounded by amazing food and crazy yummy smells and I have managed to stay true to my diet :)
I’ll be honest sometimes the only thing that’s keeping me going good with this is the thought of rewarding myself with some amazing manchu wok when all this diet bullshit is over!

Day 1

Today is my first day of this crazy romanian diet…

It’s a 13 day diet where you’re only supposed to eat specific foods and drink tons of water. After the 13 days, it’s said you should lose between 10-20 pounds.

We’ll see how it goes :)

Today I ate….

Breakfast: Coffee w/ 1 cube of sugar

Lunch: 400g of spiniach (which was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL) and also 2 hard boiled eggs

Dinner: 250g of steak (Cow meat)

Water drank: 3L

Weight: 160lbs

Just 10 points by summer. That’s all I want… 10.

IF I can do it, I can do anything.

FUCK chocolate. FUCK fast food. FUCK oily and greasy shit.

I’m never going to win this way… I need to make healthy my priority and then turn it into my lifestyle.

Smaller portions of food, more often.

More veggies, a decent amount of fruits and a well-balanced diet.

Plenty of water too! And getting my fatass to the gym at least 5 days a week.

This has gone on too long… it HAS to stop.
